At Uberbike Components, we want you to be completely satisfied with your performance gear. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Ensure your components are unused, in their original packaging, and have not been fitted to a bicycle to qualify for a return.
Request a Return
Log into your account or contact our support team to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the items with your RMA form included and send them via a tracked courier service to our distribution center.
Refund Processing
Once our technical team inspects the returned products, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 3-5 working days.
